Ways to Play Oregon Pick 4

Oregon Pick 4 has lots of different play types, which is one of the reasons it's so popular. Players enjoy customizing their plays to their preferences! On this page, we'll break down how each play type works, and how the numbers you choose affect the game's odds and prizes.

Exact Order
Exact Order

Aim for the top prize by betting that your chosen four numbers will be selected in drawn-order. For better odds, you can also bet on the first three, or the last three numbers appearing in drawn-order.

Any Order

With this Way to play, it doesn't matter the order the numbers are drawn in, as long as they match. You can bet on all four numbers, or if you want better odds, just the first or last three. With this play type, picking duplicate numbers affects the odds and prizes - read on for more info.

Easy 4 Combo
Easy 4 Combo

If deciding which way to play is giving you a headache, Easy 4 Combo is the play type for you. Select four numbers, and win by matching two, three, or all four numbers in the exact order. Only the highest prize will be paid out in the event of a win.

How many Ways will you play?

For the Any Order play type, we mentioned that the numbers you select affect the odds and prizes. This is because when you make an Any Order play, you're betting on any possible combination of your chosen numbers being drawn. However, picking 6789 (for example) gives you 24 combinations, while picking 0001 gives you just 4 combinations.

Depending on the numbers you choose (and we've provided examples in the table below), you can play either 24, 12, 6, or 4 different Ways. To balance things out, picking numbers with fewer combinations will result in steeper odds, but much greater prizes should you win!
