Easy 4 Combo is an Oregon exclusive play type that allows to match either two, three or four numbers in the exact order they're drawn. Only the highest prise will be paid out if you win.

Prizes up to $600 can be claimed at any Oregon Lottery authorized retailer, or any other method outlined in this section. If you're out of state, you can claim your winnings by mail. Sign the back of your ticket, and send it to the following address along with a completed Oregon Lottery claims form:

The Oregon Lottery offices in Salem has a secure drop box, where you can deposit your signed winning ticket, along with a completed Oregon Lottery claims form - these should be in the same envelope. The address is:

The Oregon Lottery has two payment center branches, one in Salem and the other in Wilsonville, where you can claim prizes over $600. You can schedule a free appointment at either branch on the Oregon Lottery website. All you need to do is sign the back of your winning ticket, and arrive for your appointment. You can also print and fill out an Oregon Lottery prize claims form and bring this with you to speed up the appointment, but this can be done at the branch.
