Pick 4 has slightly different rules from state to state - Oregon in particular! Whether you're new to the game, or recently moved to OR, our guide should help you get familiar with filling out an Oregon Pick 4 playslip. It's simple!
The Oregon Lottery holds four Pick 4 drawings every day, at 1 PM, 4 PM, 7 PM, and 10 PM ET.
With each Pick 4 ticket, you decide the conditions for your win! We recommend deciding your play types before picking your numbers, as you may want to only play a three-number ticket. You can select as many play types as you like, but each one will be a separate ticket. To find out more about the individual play types, head to our Ways to Play guide.
For each Match/Play Type you choose, you can bet either $1 or $0.50. The only difference between the two is that the prizes for $1 bets are twice as big as the $0.50 prizes. Nice!
You can use the Quick Pick field on your playslip to let the lottery terminal assign you a set of random numbers, or choose them yourself by selecting one number per column. You can pick the same number more than once, and this even changes the odds and prizes for Any Order plays.
The "Drawings in a row" section at the bottom of the playslip allows you to enter your ticket(s) into an additional 1 to 12 drawings. With four drawings daily, that's up to three days' worth of Pick 4. Now all that's left to do is pay for your ticket and wait for the next drawing!
The play types for Pick 4 all have fixed prizes, so you can check in advance what you stand to win with your tickets. There are dozens of prize tiers, but the top prize is a whopping $5,000, which you can win by matching all four number in drawn-order on a $1 Exact Order ticket.
